I generally have appointments available during the weekdays, with limited availability on Saturdays. I offer some early morning and early evening appointments.

How long is a typical session?
Sessions typically last 50 minutes, though extended sessions can be arranged if needed.

What is the hourly fee?

Do you accept insurance?
I am currently an out-of-network provider. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Can you help me file my insurance?

How do I make an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?

Do I have to lie on a couch?
Nope, you’re welcome to sit however you feel most comfortable. Actually, some clients like to walk during our sessions.
What's with that long name?

“Blue skies and tailwinds” is an aviation term pilots use as a way to wish each other well before a flight. It means, “May the skies be clear and may the wind be at your back to help you along the way.”

Am I allowed to ask personal questions?
Yes, within reason. The focus will always come back to your journey, but I’m happy to share when it helps the process.
Cats or Dogs?
Dogs, in fact, my 10-pound, 14-year-old, rescue dog, Bear, may make an appearance. But I have a soft spot for cats, horses, goats, and snakes, too.
